In order for us to better serve you please follow these guidelines. Consignments are by appointment only.  All items must be washed or dry cleaned, free of stains and holes, and free of smoke or odors. Items must be in recent fashion or vintage quality, as well as in season. Once Worn has the right to reject or accept any items. Items that we do not accept are formal gowns, wedding gowns, prom dresses, and suits. Best sellers are items from Anthropologie, Free People, Urban Outfitters, Madewell, Loft, Jcrew. Slow sellers are Pants and business casual clothing.

The 60 day consignment contract begins once items are entered into inventory. This process takes up to four weeks depending on the amount of inventory in stock at the time of your visit. All items remain on the shelf for 45 days at full price, and then for 15 days 20% off. Once Worn has the right to keep items on the shelf past the 60 day time limit. The consigner may choose to pick up their unsold items or have them donated. If the consigner chooses to pick up their items after their cycle has expired, it must be done within 10 days of the completed cycle. An email will be sent out once the 60 day cycle has expired to remind you that your items are ready. If they are not picked up within the 10 day time limit they then become the property of Once Worn.

Prices are not negotiable and are decided by Once Worn staff. Commission is 40% of the sale price (full or reduced price). Once Worn is not responsible for any items lost, stolen, missing, or damaged. Any consigned items may be put on sale at any time. Once Worn reserves the right to donate any items found to be stained or damaged.

While we do our best to communicate with our consigners, it is the responsibility of the consigner to keep track of their pick up dates. We do all communication through email, so if an email is not received it is the consigners responsibility to get in touch with us to let us know.
